The regional focus of MIT REAP Team Qatar was on the country as a whole. Qatar Science and Technology Park brought together a team that represented government, large state enterprises and university stakeholders, including Qatar Business Incubation Center, Qatar Development Bank, Ooredoo and Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy.

QRDIC (Qatar Research, Development and Innovation Council) has been established to lead the innovation ecosystem development and play an active role in orchestration and funding. A clear strategy with development targets and supporting programs have been put in place. Lessons from regions have been adapted to our local context to leverage our regional strength.
